Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When appointments are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it leaves an empty time slot that could have been offered to another client.
To help protect our time and availability, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged for appointments canceled within 24 hours or for no-shows. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time so we can continue providing the best service to all clients.
